MapMySections - Data Challenge

Have you ever used a genetic tool and wondered what transcriptomic cell types it actually labels in the brain? Now is your chance to help solve this problem, through our MapMySections data challenge! The challenge is to map serial two-photon tomography images from the Genetic Tools Atlas to spatial transcriptomic cell types in the ABC Atlas. The data challenge is now closed; results are below! To celebrate 20 years of open science at the Allen Institute, we are seeking creative answers in the form of hand-drawn artwork or a digital design.
