Aishwarya joined the Allen Institute as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst in 2024. She has a long-standing interest in developing innovative bioinformatics frameworks for analysis and integration for data from different modalities. Before joining the Allen Institute, Aishwarya gained a diverse experience as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Cajal Neuroscience, Seattle Children’s and UT Southwestern Medical Center working on projects in single-cell genomics, neurodegeneration and chromatin biology fields. She obtained her M.S. in Bioinformatics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
