Christy is a senior scientific program manager at the Allen Institute for Immunology where she supports scientific programs and projects, external partner alliances. Christy also uses her industry experience to develop and drive process improvements within the institute.

Christy joined the Allen Institute for Immunology in Dec 2022. Prior to this, Christy worked largely in Program and Portfolio Management at both large and small companies within biotechnology. She managed dozens of product launches of reagents, instruments, software, and services in both research and clinically regulated markets, in addition to managing product portfolios to ensure key business metrics were consistently achieved. Christy had a large focus on process improvement across all of her roles, both in manufacturing and product development, that resulted in major efficiency increases and cost savings.

Christy received her M.S. in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University and her M.B.A from Portland State University.
