Elizabeth Wirsching is working with Tim Wang on the P.L.A.C.E. project doing expansion microscopy. She is finishing her Master’s degree at Western Washington University, focusing on the genetics of Populus trees. She graduated from Oregon State University in Marine Biology in 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog, Churro, on walks and baking gluten-free pastries.
