Petra is the Vice President, People & Culture. Prior to joining the Allen Institute in June 2021, Petra spent 20 years in healthcare and research human resources with Swedish Medical Center and Seattle Children’s. Petra is a graduate of McGeorge School of Law and a recovering attorney.
