Rachel is a Bioinformatics Intern on the Computational Biology team. In 2022, she earned a B.S. in Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology with a minor in Data Science from the University of Washington. She became interested in genetics working on elephant conservation research in Dr. Wasser’s lab. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Biology with a focus in Bioinformatics and Genomics from the University of Oregon.
