Allen Institute founder Paul G. Allen died on Monday afternoon, October 15, 2018, from complications of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in Seattle. He was 65 years old.

We remember our founder and his dedicated work to accelerate bioscience. Mr. Allen’s vision for the Allen Institute and his unique perspective on tackling tough problems in science can be best appreciated through hearing his own words.
